Club roles and responsibilities


Role description:

To maintain the club website, ensuring that the content and navigation are running correctly. Basic training may need to be given to other members of the club so that they can upload information easily.

Responsible to:

The club committee and the chairperson.

Experience and skills required:

A basic knowledge of design and maintenance of websites. Be comfortable in suggesting the best way for information to be conveyed on the club website.

Commitment required:

Attending committee meetings (once every two months) when required and approximately one hour per week maintaining and updating the website.

Strong communication with the club committee and membership.

Benefits to club:

Better methods for the club to communicate with its members, and an efficient source of information for all aspects of the club and triathlon in general.
